PURCHASING AND RETURNS
- We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment as well as paypal.
- Tax is applicable to those customers shipping to a New York address.
- Unframed prints will typically ship within 5 - 7 business days. Please allow up 3 - 5 weeks for framed prints.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once print is shipped.
- Shipping must be made to a physical address. We cannot ship to a P.O.Box.
- Because each print is made specifically for your order, all sales are final.
- Email is the best way to communicate with us. You can email us any time at contact@richardcorman.com.
- We would love to help you make your image selections, just ask!
- Print sizes are determined by the paper. Your print will have white borders around it to allow space for matting as well as the photographer's signature. For instance, if you purchase a print that is 16" x 20", the image will be approximately 14" x 17" and the paper will be 16" x 20". Depending on the type of camera and film used the proportions of the image vary on each paper.
- If you are ordering your print framed then you must add on the size of the frame in addition to size of the paper. Typically this will add 4-5 inches on each side. So if you ordered a print that on our site measure 16" x 20", you can expect the framed print to be 21" x 25".
- Custom sizes and printing methods are available.
- Each Print is hand signed and numbered by Richard Corman.
- All of our frames are conservation (frame and matting) with UV plexi glass.
